What We Offer Inside Out Tennis offer Mini Tennis, Junior Tennis and Adult coaching in group and 1-to-1 sessions. We also have a team of hitters at the club who you can book at very reasonable rates (cheaper than 1-to-1 lessons if you're looking for for more of a hit than a lesson! Our hitters are suitable for all levels of player and can be found by clicking on the button to the left) Bookings for 1-to-1 lessons and hits are made directly with the coach, bookings for everything else goes through Jonny and Martyn. There are different tiers of coaching offered by Inside Out Tennis at both Mini Tennis and Junior Tennis levels (you'll be advised which one is most appropraite once we've seen your child play!) We also run camps most school holidays and have a series of tournaments running throughout the year! Mini Tennis If you are unfamiliar with Mini Tennis then as a general rule, is designed for 10 and under players. 8 and unders compete at Mini Red, 9 and under at Mini Orange and 10 and Under at Mini Green before players move onto full pressure tennis balls. Each stage uses different pressure balls, different size courts and different size rackets in order to make the step up to full court tennis easier.
